Mr. Satyam Roychowdhury, the Chancellor of Sister Nivedita University, was conferred the "Chanakya Award" by the Public Relations Council of India (PRCI) in recognition of his 'visionary leadership' from Mr. Aroop Biswas, the Minister for Power, Housing, Youth Services and Sports of West Bengal.
