When I decided to become an entrepreneur, I chose education as it is the only thing that can save the world. Being an education over the decades I have believed that we need motivation in every stage of our lives. In my childhood smart schools did not exist. We sat on wooden benches and the teacher wrote on the black board with white chalk. But even in those simpler days when technology was not advanced, we got our rewards. That was the seed of motivation that was sown inside us, which eventually grew into confidence, making us successful.

I was reading a very interesting fact that children in Germany receive a special cone called Schultüte, which is like a large gift hamper filled with pens, pencils, books and snacks. But the catch is that they can only open it when they start school. I guess, they are the only kids who'll be excited about school, all because of the presents. This made me think about how important motivation is for a child to do well.

For children, motivation plays a significant role in their performance. Students spend several hours of their day in an educational institution, so motivation is very important as it provides the drive for them to accomplish their goals, maintain their responsibilities or solve problems. I have heard about students who began to score well after correct motivation in a subject they were initially weak at. One thought led to another, and I realised we are constantly working hard because there is an impetus working rightly inside us. Motivation in management means the ways in which managers promote productivity in their workforce. Motivation improves efficiency.

The seeds within us were planted deep, so the roots that grew from them over the years are strong. We need to sow these seeds in our youth so that in future, we have a nation of competent and determined entrepreneurs.
