It was a memorable experience for me being the Chief Guest at the flag-off of the event "QUEEN ON WHEELS 2015" organized by Rotary Club of Siliguri on 29th November, 2015.

The event was pulsating with some tough women behind the wheels. The women's car rally had been arranged to celebrate womanhood. What I felt was, this kind of an event motivates and encourages the women immeasurably. The tag line of this event was "She who rules the roost it's now time to rule the roads", which is very inspiring for the women.

The flag-off venue for this wonderful event was Siliguri Institute of Technology Campus, one of the engineering colleges under Techno India Group. The destination point of this rally was Uttarayan lobby at Siliguri and the total distance was 60k.m. which had to be covered by the participants. Total 71 contestants participated in this car rally. It was really a very striking event which was filled with enthusiasm and passion. This part inspired me immensely.
